Bonnie and Mike made the entire experience family friendly. They were honest, sincere and helpful! All other dealers could learn from these folks. I visited 4 other dealers and was quite disappointed. Then I found Marcotte! The experience was wonderful! This truck replaced "old faithful" 2000 Chevy Tahoe with 144k and I hope that it is as reliable and faithful as my old suv was.

My wife and I woke up with the days schedule being, go to ......... Chevrolet and sign the paperwork needed to purchase the Silverado truck I looked at the previous day. While watching the morning news, a Marcotte Ford commercial came on and looked very interesting. We also received a coupon worth $750 off any Ford after and above any deal made…so we decided to give Marcotte a try on the way to............. I have to tell you, BOTH the truck and sales people sold us in the first 20 minutes we were there. Your product, for our needs, simply fit the bill perfectly. On top of that, the sales people were asked to give their best price…no games… to give us a solid reason to buy from them and they did. We proceeded to the other dealer and with the exception of one sales person, both equipment and company profesinalism (rude childish snickering and coments in the back round) didn’t come close to matching the Marcotte offer. These people are the real deal and wish I had stopped there first. My overall experience making the purchase at Marcotte was working with nice, professional and knowledgable people from the front door to the back door. Bruce G.

Jeff Duffy was very courteous and respectful. I had a bad shopping experience at ...............(another Ford dealer) and almost purchased another brand SUV. I decided to try another dealership in the area since I was a Ford fan. I was delighted to do business with Jeff and Marcotte. They seem to do business as if the customer is their reason for coming to work everyday. After the other dealership acted as if other customer's time and business was more valuable than mine, this was a refreshing shopping experience. I also appreciate the fact that Ford did not accept the Government bailout.
