At Marcotte Ford, we adopted the program early, and what began as a necessary workaround has since grown into one of our most requested services. From oil changes in a customer’s driveway to on-site recall repairs, we’ve made it easier to keep vehicles running smoothly, without asking anyone to rearrange their day.
Vehicle Service At Home or Work
Mobile Service at Marcotte Ford is exactly what it sounds like: we come to you. You can schedule an appointment by phone or online. We’ll confirm the details, show up on time, and take care of the work right there in your driveway or parking lot. There’s no extra charge, and the process is straightforward.
Our team handles basic maintenance and smaller repairs including:
- Oil and filter changes
- Brake inspections
- Battery testing and replacement
- Tire rotations
- Wiper blade swaps
- Fluid top-offs
- Light diagnostics
- Software updates
- Recall servicing
- Filter replacements
- Bulbs and lamp replacement

Inside Our Mobile Fleet
Marcotte’s Mobile Service unit includes five vehicles, each equipped for a specific range of tasks. Our two full-size Transit vans handle most standard maintenance and are stocked with multiple types of oil, filters, wipers, and tools for common repairs. Two electric vans are used for lighter work like filter replacements and recall service. For quicker stops, such as part installations or wiper swaps we use a Ford Escape.
Each vehicle is organized for efficiency. Oil changes, for example, use a pump system that avoids spills or stains, so your driveway stays clean. We bring the tools, complete the service, and leave your space just as we found it.
Mobile Just Makes Sense
We see all kinds of drivers take advantage of Mobile Service. Some prefer the convenience of staying home. Others just don’t have time to get to the dealership during the week. For some, it’s simply easier to get maintenance done where the vehicle already is, at home, at work, or on the job site.
Residential requests have picked up recently, with more people seeing how easy it is to get basic service without interrupting their day.
Our service range covers roughly 40 to 50 miles from Holyoke. That includes everything from Route 495 to Hartford, and even areas near the Vermont and New Hampshire borders. If you’re within that radius, we’ll do our best to get to you.
We’ve Got Your Back in the Schools
Mobile Service has also created new ways for us to stay connected to the community. During Teacher Appreciation Week, we brought discounted oil changes directly to two local high schools.
All proceeds went directly back to the schools as a small way to say thank you to the people shaping the next generation. Keeping with our tradition of giving back to the community we wanted to make things just a little easier during a busy time of year for educators.
Looking Ahead
As demand continues to grow, our goal is to keep our two main mobile units booked and out on the road all day. We're also working to get more use out of our electric vans for smaller jobs, and put our full mobile fleet into regular rotation by the end of the year.
Mobile Service has become a reliable way to support our customers, offering maintenance and repairs without disrupting their day. As we continue to expand the program, that goal stays the same: show up, get the work done, and make it easier to keep moving.
