The process is simple:Â
- Call  413-536-1900  and ask to speak to our Service Department to schedule an appointment and request an at home or at work pickup. Â
- On the day of service, the customer will be given the name of the dealership employee who will be arriving for pickup as well as expected time of arrival.Â
- The customer will receive updates via phone, text, or email to keep them informed of the progress of their auto service.Â
- Communication will be made once the service is completed, and the employee is on their way back to deliver the vehicle.Â
