I purchased my first vehicle from Marcotte Ford in 2018. I decided to purchase a truck for the very first time, a 2018 Ford F-150 Lariat. I LOVED it and it served me well. Never had any mechanical issues. I religiously brought it to Marcotte for oil changes. Even after moving from the area, approximately 1 1/2 hours away, I still drove out to Marcotte Ford because I didn't want anyone else servicing it. The Service Dept and all its employees have been consistently pleasant over the years, as well as very knowledgeable and efficient. I actually enjoy going there for service! Recently, I went in for a routine oil change, and left with a new vehicle! Backing up to explain, I've been thinking of trading in the truck for some time, so I went to mention it to Brian Farnsworth, the Inventory Manager, and asked if he could appraise my truck. In addition, he mentioned an additional instant college rebate I would be eligible for being a part-time college student. The rebate was for more than I expected which was a nice surprise. My intention was to down-size and purchase something no more than two years old as well as something more economical. I was assuming that Brian would hand me off to a Salesperson, but he did not! This spoke volumes with me. He stuck with me, and I'm glad he did. Brian is one of the most relatable and down-to-earth humans I've ever met. He was very patient with me, encouraging, and was very focused on helping me make the best decision for me. Before i knew it, I finally decided to purchase a new vehicle, which was not my initial intention, but now I am so glad I did! The terms of the sale and financing were better than I expected, and Brian made the whole process so seamless. I could not have asked for better service. I have never had an unpleasant or negative experience at this dealership, whether I were in the Service Dept or the Sales Dept. The best part of all Brian had my new vehicle delivered to my residence 1 1/2 hours away. I will continue to drive out to Marcotte Ford for my regularly scheduled service appointments, that's how loyal I am, and in turn I have so much faith and trust in the dealership and all the employees that have assisted me there. To the owner of the dealership, I'd like to say that I am very impressed with the overall culture of your staff, and the environment of the dealership. Obviously your employees are very happy! I always feel good energy and good vibes when I go there! Keep it up Marcotte Ford! This review is long overdue. I suspect Google will cut me off before I can finish all that I'd like to say. Bottom line, it's difficult to find a dealer that provides a better customer experience than Marcotte Ford. Sales: They really strive to get you in the vehicle you want, at a fair price. They don't sell over sticker price like some dealers. People come many miles just to purchase a vehicle here. Service: Second to none. There's a separate facility at the complex for Commercial vehicle service. Service is not an afterthought here, it's a priority. From the time you're greeted when you pull into the service bay until the time you drive away, the customer service is top notch. Rental: Think about how many dealerships have a rental dept that provide you a free service loaner if your vehicle repair is going to be tied up. Some places are catching on. Others only offer you a courtesy ride. These guys pull up a new vehicle for you to drive off in while yours is being serviced. And if you need a rental for any reason, Call Marcotte's rental dept. Parts: These guys know their stuff! Food: They have a cafe right in the middle of the dealership. Not only do you get great food, but you can get some work done while you eat and wait. Overall: This family owned business really cares about the people that walk through their door. I've been going to Marcotte for more years than I'd care to mention. And some of the personnel have been there longer than I have. If you're considering a Ford vehicle, be sure to visit Marcotte. If you're unsure of what kind of vehicle you'd like to be driving, consider this: Sooner or later, every vehicle will need to be serviced. It's worth your while to establish a relationship with a dealer who treats you right, start to finish, and provides that exceptional service. So if you can find a vehicle there that suits your needs, it just makes sense to visit them. And if you're worried about being high pressured into making a decision, just go visit their cafe for breakfast or lunch. It's open to the public. I've been in the car business all my life as a service advisor, service manager, salesperson and sales manager for 20 years with Chevrolet and Honda finally retiring a couple of years ago as the General Sales Manager of ***********.

We had a different model lineup and clientele so there was not that much competition between us but if there was it was always friendly and I always felt comfortable with telling people that Marcotte was a good dealership to do business with. I knew that their service department was top notch as well.

Long term generational family owned dealerships are not that common in today's world but Marcotte Ford bucks that trend. Over the years I have referred many friends to Marcotte. My other (she says better) half purchased a new Transit box truck for her business 6 years ago, and most recently I brought her father in to get a new Super Duty for plow and sanding duties for his investment properties. We dealt with Brian Farnsworth for the latter and the experience was nothing but comfortable and professional from start to finish. Bill Maki, the finance manager handled the paperwork and registration without a hitch.

After driving a GMC for 20 years I decided to treat myself to a new truck. When I settled on a Ford there was only one place to go and that was to Marcotte Ford. I again dealt with Brian Farnsworth and couldn't be more pleased. Having been in the car business as long as I was I know that the customer experience is paramount. From the young man that picked me up at my house to the tech that did my sticker it was pleasant.

Was in the market for a new Truck when I came to Marcotte, tired to going to other Ford dealers for an F150, none gave me a call back. Nicholas Chicoine was not only able to help me but also was able to fully custom order the truck I wanted as the F150 orders were closing. Process was good, quick and I ended up with a truck I wanted, they didn't try to just sell me something they had on the lot, he got me into the truck that I wanted.
