My husband and I recently purchased a Ford Bronco Sport from Marcotte, and it was an outstanding experience all around. We did a test drive on a Friday and drove our new vehicle home on the following Tuesday. Everyone we dealt with was top-notch and kept in contact with us throughout the process and even checked in several times after we were driving the vehicle for a few weeks. In addition, their facility is someplace you want to visit…spacious, modern, and immaculate. It even has a small café serving breakfast and lunch! I recently had service done on my Ford F-150 and couldn’t be more impressed. Dan, the mechanic who worked on my truck, did exceptional work. His knowledge and expertise were outstanding, and it really showed in the quality of the service. The pickup and delivery service was a huge benefit and made the whole process incredibly convenient. So after my accident a major car rental place was unable to get me a rental. Marcotte Ford got me a rental that same day and worked with my insurance company. I normally don't drive Fords, however, the Ford Escape Hybrid that I got as a rental was great. Hannah is an excellent Rental Associate, probably the best I have delt with. After this experience I would consider a Ford for a next vehicle. I would recommend Marcotte because if they are doing excellent with car rentals they are doing excellent in all parts of their business. J.G.

We had a great experience at Marcotte Ford. We were looking for a low mileage 2023, or higher Ford Maverick Truck. We found something even better at Marcotte. A 2025 with only 3K miles on it. To us, it was brand new with a preowned price. When we went in for the test drive, everyone at the dealership was friendly, and no pressure. We worked with Drew Tesini, who was professional and knowledgeable. He knew the vehicle and it’s history. Adam is the most attentive salesman ever! He came in on his day off to guide us through the whole process. He personally got our car registered [upstairs at the dealership] and brought her in for the inspection sticker. [Also at the dealership]. Our new 2020 Mustang is black,red interior and a red stripes on the outside. She is fully loaded. And only 26,000 miles. We love her.! Also remote start and a warning set of beeping sounds when backing up too close to another vehicle. We recommend Marcotte Ford for all your purchases. She is covered bumper to bumper for 6 years. If they can't fix a stain on a rug or a seat with an issue, they replace them. All maintenance is done there and if it takes a day, they give you a loaner vehicle. Yeah for Marcotte Ford!!! - K.P.
